Is UgPhone suitable for social media work?

I handle social media for a few small businesses, and some of the work is easier to do through Android apps than their desktop versions. I've come across UgPhone as a possible way to keep those accounts on separate cloud phones, but I don't know much about how it performs outside gaming. I'd need the apps to stay logged in, receive notifications and work reliably when I switch between clients.
